Rhinoplasty finance, payment plans and full cost breakdown
A Rhinoplasty (nose job) at Berkeley Square Medical is a fixed, all-inclusive £8,950, performed by Harley Street consultant plastic surgeon Mr Taimur Shoaib. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, with every follow-up included.
Across the UK, surgical Rhinoplasty with a specialist typically ranges from about £7,000 to £11,000 depending on the procedure. This guide sets out our 2026 prices, exactly what is included, why prices vary, and your finance options. The same fixed £8,950 fee applies to male rhinoplasty.
Rhinoplasty prices, finance and what is included
Below are our fixed 2026 prices. Every figure is all-inclusive, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay, with all of your aftercare covered. Revision surgery corrects a previous rhinoplasty; if Mr Shoaib performed your original surgery, he does not charge a surgeon's fee to revise it.
All prices are fixed amounts. Your £100 consultation fee is credited back against the cost of your procedure if you proceed.

More on what you pay
What is not included (no hidden costs)↓
We believe in no surprises. The only cost outside your fixed fee is the £100 consultation, which is credited back if you proceed. There are no separate theatre, anaesthetic, medication or aftercare charges added later. It is worth checking this elsewhere, as some clinics quote the surgeon fee alone and bill theatre, anaesthesia and aftercare on top.
Why our price is what it is↓
One specialist, start to finish. Your surgery is performed by Mr Taimur Shoaib personally, a Rhinoplasty specialist with peer-reviewed published outcomes, not a rotating general surgeon.
Everything is included. Surgeon, anaesthetist, theatre, medication, garments, the 24-hour nursing line and every follow-up are in the price, with nothing billed later.
Safety is properly resourced. Day-case surgery in a fully regulated Harley Street hospital, with the staffing and aftercare safe Rhinoplasty requires.
We do not compete on being the cheapest. Rhinoplasty has one of the highest revision rates in surgery; a price that looks unusually low usually means something has been left out.

Our published outcomes, and what affects the cost
Beyond the headline figure, two things decide whether a price is good value: how safe the surgery is, and what is actually included. Here is how we compare.
What affects the cost of a nose job↓
Type of procedure: a tip Rhinoplasty (£7,950) is less involved than a primary (£8,950) or a revision (£9,950).
Primary vs revision: revision works through scar tissue and altered anatomy, so it is more complex and costs more.
Surgical vs non-surgical: a non-surgical filler refinement is £650; surgical Rhinoplasty is a permanent structural change.
Surgeon experience: at Berkeley Square Medical you always have the specialist, never a general surgeon.
Is Rhinoplasty cheaper abroad or outside London?↓
Sometimes the headline figure is lower abroad or in regional clinics. But Rhinoplasty has one of the highest revision rates in surgery, and revision after cut-price surgery is common, harder and more expensive to fix, often with limited aftercare. Choosing an experienced UK specialist first time is usually the most cost-effective route, and the safest.
Why patients choose Berkeley Square Medical↓
A high-volume Rhinoplasty practice, led by Mr Taimur Shoaib, FRCS (Plast), on the GMC Specialist Register, with 75+ peer-reviewed publications
15 years caring for Rhinoplasty patients at 64 Harley Street, London
An extensive Rhinoplasty before-and-after gallery
Member of BAAPS and ISAPS, with fixed, all-inclusive pricing and no hidden costs
Our published safety and outcome data↓
The most reliable way to judge a surgeon is audited, published outcome data, and Mr Shoaib's results are exactly that:
An independently audited revision rate of 3.5%, well below the ~10% revision rate commonly quoted in the Rhinoplasty literature.
You can spread the cost of your £8,950 Rhinoplasty through our FCA-regulated finance facility. You choose a deposit and a term of 12, 24 or 36 months and pay the balance in fixed monthly instalments. A representative example is shown with the finance calculator above. Finance is subject to status and a credit check applies.
Is 0% finance available for a nose job?
Interest-free plans (0% APR) are available over 12 months with a qualifying deposit. Terms of 24 and 36 months are offered at a fixed APR. See the representative example shown with the calculator above for the full figures. All finance is subject to status.
How much is a tip Rhinoplasty or nose reshaping?
A tip Rhinoplasty, reshaping the tip only, is £7,950. A full nose reshaping (primary Rhinoplasty) is £8,950. A non-surgical filler refinement is £650 per treatment.
Is there a consultation fee?
Yes, a £100 consultation with Mr Taimur Shoaib, which is redeemable against the cost of your treatment if you proceed.
What is included in the price, and what is not?
Your fee includes the surgeon, anaesthetist and theatre fees, all medication and garments, and a complimentary chauffeur drive home anywhere in London after your surgery. It also includes a full 12 months of all-inclusive aftercare: a 24-hour nursing helpline, your 7-day nursing review, your surgeon reviews, and any non-surgical treatments you may need during recovery, such as steroid swelling-reduction injections. The only extra is the £100 consultation, which is redeemable against your treatment. There are no hidden theatre, anaesthetic or aftercare charges.
Why is revision Rhinoplasty more expensive?
Revision Rhinoplasty (£9,950) corrects surgery originally carried out by another surgeon. It is more complex because it works through scar tissue and altered anatomy, often needs cartilage grafting and longer in theatre, so it carries a higher fee than a primary Rhinoplasty. Importantly, if you are one of Mr Shoaib's own primary Rhinoplasty patients and later need a minor revision, he does not charge a surgeon fee for it.
Can I pay for Rhinoplasty monthly?
Yes. You can spread the cost over 12, 24 or 36 months through our FCA-regulated finance facility, with a representative example shown above. Use the calculator on this page to see your monthly payment by deposit and term.
Is a nose job cheaper abroad, and is it worth it?
The headline price abroad can look cheaper, but Rhinoplasty has one of the highest revision rates in surgery, and revisions after surgery abroad are common, harder and more costly to fix, often with limited aftercare. An experienced UK specialist first time is usually the most cost-effective and safest route.
Does insurance or the NHS cover Rhinoplasty?
Purely cosmetic Rhinoplasty is not covered by the NHS or by private insurance. Surgery for a breathing problem or after an injury may qualify in some cases, and we will advise you at your consultation.
How much is a non-surgical (liquid) nose job?
A non-surgical Rhinoplasty is £650 per treatment, performed by Mr Taimur Shoaib. It is a no-downtime option to smooth a minor bump or refine contours without surgery.
How much is a nose job in England?
Prices across England are broadly similar to London for specialist surgeons, typically £7,000 to £11,000. At Berkeley Square Medical it is a fixed £8,950, all-inclusive.
Why does Rhinoplasty cost vary so much between surgeons?
Mostly because of surgeon experience and what is included. A high-volume specialist who publishes his outcomes, in a fully staffed hospital with complete aftercare, will cost more than a general surgeon or a price that excludes theatre and aftercare.
