Stage 1: Post Surgery Aftercare
- Our aftercare begins the moment your treatment has been completed. Upon being discharged from the hospital, your aftercare guide will be emailed to and a member of our recovery team will take you step-by-step through your aftercare.
- All Medications and any dressings or medical garments will be provided for you to take home and is included in your aftercare.
- Inclusive of your digital aftercare guide, you are always provided a 24-hour online form messaging service direct with your entire team for any clinical care questions. This unique service provided at all hours for a full 14-days after your treatment.

Stage 2: Chauffeur To Take You Home
- A complimentary chauffeur service will be arranged to collect you from the hospital and drive you to your home address (anywhere within the M25 (Greater London Area).
- Some areas outside outside of the M25 are also complimentary E.g Parts of Kent and Surrey.Please check with us should you live outside of London
- Many patients who live outside of London are welcome to use this complimentary service to arrange a meeting point with a friend/family member to collect them anywhere closer to their home and this is also complimentary

Stage 3: First Post-Operative Nursing Review
- Your 1st Post-Operative review will be arranged by our nursing team for 6-7 days after your treatment (or as indicated by your surgeon). This is an in-person appointment however, a select few post-operative appointments can be performed at home. This appointment will include and suture/splint/dressing removal and an assessment of the first stages of your recovery.

Stage 4: First Post-Operative Surgeon Review
- Your 1st Post-Operative Surgeon review will also be arranged by our team for you. This will be between approx 6-12 weeks after your surgery and in-person with your surgeon. These appointments are best preferred to be attended in-person however, video appointments are also available as an option to attend.
- Our Surgeon will assess your initial results and how your recovery is getting along. Your pre-surgery photos will also be available to view with your surgeon as well as going through your operating notes.
- Our Clinical Team will take your first set of post operative photos and you are welcome to request a copy of both your pre and post operative photos to be sent by email.
- Your surgeon will indicate when he would like to next review you. This is different for every patient and can range from 6-weeks up until the end of your recovery 6-12 months post surgery

Stage 4: Second Post-Operative Surgeon Review
- Your second post surgery surgeon review will be to further assess your recovery and the aesthetic changes that many patients will be enjoying further. You may have reached the final stage of your recovery
- In approximately 10% of all patients, you may be advised non-surgical treatments to either assist with the speed of your recovery or to address any mild anomalies. These are often discussed and performed at the same appointment.
- Non-surgical treatment may include steroid injections which are included in your aftercare. Treatment may include the use of dermal filler to smooth out any contour anomalies (more frequently used in 10% of our Rhinoplasty Surgery Patients). Dermal Filler often requires a single treatment and results in a permanent result. This is also included in the cost of your surgery. Subsequently treatments may carry a cost price fee.

Stage 5: Third Post-Operative Surgeon Review
- For patients who undergo any non-surgical treatment, your surgeon may wish to monitor the results or continue a further non-surgical treatment. This may require another appointment with your surgeon within your 12-Month Aftercare Policy.

All Stages Of Your Aftercare
- A Dedicated Online Messaging Service for communication with members of our Healthcare team for any questions relating to your recovery and care for the first 14 days after your surgery.
- A member of your Surgeon's Clinical Team available for phone or video calls during the full course of your recovery with same week appointments always made available at short notice.

Fully transparent in our Aftercare
- Aftercare for patients who were operated abroad. We do not perform non-surgical steroid treatments for Rhinoplasty Patients who did not undergo their surgery with our team.
- Revision surgery without a clinical indication. E.g: "I wish I had gone for a bigger breast implant".
- Subsequent procedures that are not related to the original procedure.
- Changes caused by the natural process of aging, excessive weight gain, breastfeeding, etc.
- Where accidents, illnesses, or medication have affected the patient's condition that has altered the initial results of the surgery.
- Patients that have neglected their post-operative instructions given by their surgeon. E.g., removing compression garments/sutures/splints prematurely, smoking during your initial recovery period, etc.
