How Much Does Rhinoplasty Cost in London?

Medically reviewed by Mr Taimur Shoaib, FRCS (Plast) — Consultant Plastic Surgeon, GMC No. 3615443 · Last reviewed: 4 June 2026

Rhinoplasty (a nose job) at Berkeley Square Medical is £8,950, performed by Harley Street consultant plastic surgeon Mr Taimur Shoaib. Our pricing is fixed and transparent — the price you are quoted is the price you pay, with all aftercare included. This guide sets out our current (2026) prices, exactly what is included, and the finance options available.

Rhinoplasty prices

What’s included in your rhinoplasty

Your fee covers the complete pathway — surgery and a full, structured aftercare programme:

  • Your surgery with Mr Taimur Shoaib at our Harley Street hospital, including surgeon, anaesthetist and theatre fees — performed as day-case surgery (you go home the same day)
  • All post-operative medication and garments
  • A 24-hour nursing helpline throughout your recovery
  • 7-day post-operative nursing review
  • First surgeon review at 6–12 weeks
  • Second surgeon review at 6–12 months (final-result assessment)

(Always check what a quoted price includes elsewhere — some clinics quote the surgeon fee alone and bill theatre, anaesthesia and aftercare on top. Ours is all-inclusive.)

What affects the cost of a nose job?

  • Type of procedure — a tip rhinoplasty (£7,950) is less involved than a primary (£8,950) or revision (£9,950).
  • Primary vs revision — revision corrects previous surgery and is more complex, so it costs more.
  • Surgery vs non-surgical — a non-surgical (filler) nose refinement is £650; surgical rhinoplasty is a permanent structural change.
  • Surgeon experience — rhinoplasty is among the most technically demanding operations in plastic surgery; expertise matters most here.

Is rhinoplasty cheaper outside London?

Sometimes the headline figure is — regional clinics can be 10–20% lower. But rhinoplasty has one of the highest revision rates in surgery, and the cost of a revision (£9,950) usually outweighs any saving from choosing on price alone. Choosing an experienced specialist first time is the most cost-effective decision you can make.
